Lowes is a Fortune 50 company based in Mooresville, NC, which houses all corporate and IT functions.  Projects at Lowes tend to be long and ongoing with multiple phases and releases. They include collaboration with many facets of the company, from business sponsors to outside consultants and local employees.

The Narosa Group has been involved with two separate engagements:

First engagement was a 22 month project to manage and improve an application that helped the company expand operations into Canada.

Second engagement was for 34 months, managing a new multi million dollar online order fulfillment system requiring interface with multiple consulting and employee resources.
